I have posted this very same message from the Dalai Lama. I was very fortunate enough to attend a group meditation talk with the Dalai Lama in 2008 when he visited my daughter's college. I am in tune. Aloha.
My earlier comment said 2008, it was actually 2007, that my daughter and I got to see the Dalai Lama. A glorious day.
